- Flag Special Information by clicking on the "Red Flag" icon to display Special Circumstances for a student or Catechist that has critical information that everyone needs access to.
- Recognize expired immunizations with the field for Expiration Date. Those that are past the immunization date appear in red.
- Track your hot lunch program by using our School Office interface for PocketLunch. PocketLunch tracks your hot lunch program, and our easy interface pulls totals into School Office to include on your statements and financial analysis reports.
- Sort student reports (that don't already sort in a special order) in home room number order.
- Choose from a variety of Attendance Types such as "ED - Early Dismissal (Excused)", "MM - Morning Medical Absence (Excused)" and "AA - Afternoon Medical Absence (Excused)." You can, also, to enter total attendance if you do not wish to enter attendance detail.
- Save time entering information at the beginning of every year. With Quick Posting Class Schedules, you can add the subjects in the schedule onto the student's grade screen.
- With a variety of C/O salutations, you can address mail to either the oldest student in the family or the youngest. You can also print their grade level.
