Dioview
PDS DioView, a diocesan-wide financial viewer, is a tool that brings chart of account information from all your churches and institutions into one place where it can be reviewed and analyzed. You can run reports for a given parish/institution, a selected group, or the entire diocese. This financial information can be consolidated or kept separate. Data can be published as frequently as needed.

DioView Server is the staging mechanism for parishes to submit financial data to dioceses and for dioceses to collect financial reports.  This is provided as a hosted offering from PDS.

  • Churches can electronically submit account totals to diocese
  • Churches using QuickBooks can use the QuickBooks Interface to upload their financial records to the Diocese
  • Chart of Accounts (COA) for each church is mapped to Diocesan Master COA
  • Diocese can run consolidated financial reports
